•All guests under the age of 21 must be accompanied by a parent.
•Enjoy the use of the whole property: Free-standing, private, 1 story, 3 bedroom/2 bathroom house located in a quiet Summerville neighborhood with a fenced in back yard. You and your family and friends will have the home to yourselves. There is only 1 half step up into the house, no other stairs.
•Can sleep up to 8 people comfortably (there is a queen sized sofa bed with memory foam mattress in the living room)

•If you are uncertain of your dates, it is recommended to either wait until you are certain - OR - purchase trip/travel insurance to cover you where my cancellation policy does not.
•Week and month long rentals are acceptable and are discounted automatically when entering your dates (additional deposit may apply for month long+ reservations)
•Nightly, weekly, and monthly BASE prices only reflect pricing for 2 guests or less.
•Included: Linens, bath towels, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, and a small fan
•Kitchen Appliances Include: coffee maker, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, full-size refrigerator, toaster, and blender

BEFORE YOU ARRIVE
•Email the following prior to your arrival:
1) The best cell phone number and email address to reach you on your way here and during your stay. If another guest will be checking in before you, I will need their best cell number and email address in addition to yours.
2) Your preferred arrival time & incoming/outgoing flight information (note earliest check-in is 4pm, and latest check-out is 11am unless otherwise specified) so that I can most efficiently have the house complete and ready upon your arrival.
3) A copy or picture of your photo ID (driver's license/passport). Please be prepared to show this valid photo ID upon check-in. If another guest will be checking in before you, I will need a copy of their photo ID in addition to yours.
4) Signed Rental Agreement - Although a Standard Rental Agreement may be attached, I will email you a custom rental agreement specific to your dates, guest/pet list, & cost info. Provide a Guest List (first and last names and ages) plus pet information (age, weight, & breed of each) and dates in which each guest/pet will be staying. Please also include your home address.
5) Parking - How many cars will you all have for the stay? There is a 3 car maximum at this property. Please park the first 2 cars in the driveway of the house (side by side). If there are 3 cars, the third can be parked in front of my house (be sure to keep wheels off grass to avoid any conflict with lawn services). To be respectful of my sweet neighbors, I ask my guests to avoid parking in front of my neighbors yards so if they have guests, they can be closer to their respective houses.

PROPERTY RULES
•PARKING – (3 Car Maximum at any one time) Only park in my driveway or in front of my front yard on the street, no wheels on the grass to avoid any conflict with lawn services.
•NEIGHBORS - Please be very cognizant and respectful of my neighbors; they report to me and/or police if anything is out of the ordinary.
•DAMAGE - If anything is damaged or broken, please contact Ginger immediately.
•NUMBER OF GUESTS & PETS - No overnight guests (or pets) unless confirmed through VRBO and previously agreed upon by Ginger.
•NO GET-TOGETHERS, SMALL GATHERINGS, OR EVENTS ARE PERMITTED AT THIS PROPERTY.
•NO SMOKING - No smoking inside the house or in the garage! Smoking is permitted outside only, but please ensure proper disposal of cigarette butts.
•KEYS/DOORS/LOCKS - Make sure to lock all exterior doors when you leave any time during your stay.
•HVAC - Please be cognizant and respectful of the temperature setting on the HVAC – set to around 80 degrees in hot months and 65 degrees during cold months when the house is not occupied and when you are checking out; ALWAYS keep fan setting to auto; NEVER turn unit completely off.
•REQUIRED CLEANING - Feel free to use kitchen utensils, glasses, plates, pots, and pans, but be sure to thoroughly clean before returning them to cupboards.
•CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES - Check-out time is 11am and all Check-Out Procedures located on the front cover of the house binder must be complete by that time.

HOUSE MANUAL
•TRASH - The kitchen trash can and extra bags are located in the pantry; if it fills, the outside trash bin is next to the garage.
•RECYCLE - There is a blue recycling bin in the pantry as well; if it fills, the outside recycling bin is next to the garage.
•TRASH & RECYCLE COLLECTION - Every Wednesday Evening, please pull outside trash bin and outside recycling bin (blue) out to the street for Thursday morning pickup and return once complete.
•LAUNDRY - The laundry facility is located in the garage off the kitchen.
•YOUTUBE TV - in primary bedroom and living room..
•WiFi - Network and Password are located on the front of the guest information binder. The modem/router is located in the living room near the TV.

Home away from home

I loved this home! The amenities were spot on, everything we needed was there. The host has thought of absolutely everything! The location was perfect! The home was close to shopping and activites. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. We really enjoyed our stay!

Summerville

Ginger was a fabulous host to my family. We stayed there for 5 nights. The rooms were clean, very nicely decorated, cute back yard, in a safe neighborhood. We were there during a few festivals going on in Summerville and Charleston, so the towns were bustling. Ginger's recommended restaurants were delicious. My personal favorite was Oscars! Highly recommend if you're looking to stay in the Summerville/Charleston area.

Cute little house

Ginger is an amazing host. The house was very clean and she was extremely responsive to our needs and any issues (not that there were many). One thing to note that wasn’t obvious from pictures is that the floors are concrete. I had to buy slippers because while there were some rugs, most of the floors were bare concrete which is great if you have pets.

Cute updated home

We stayed at this lovely renovated home this past weekend with our two pups for our daughter’s wedding weekend. The property owner was excellent to work with. She was easy to communicate with and was very helpful during the whole process. The home was very clean and we had everything we needed. It is also located near many restaurants and just a short drive to get he downtown Summerville area. The owner provides a very detailed book of restaurant suggestions and activities. I will rent from her again in the future.

Nice Home

Ginger is the most caring and hands on host we’ve ever dealt with. She goes out of her way to welcome you and keep in touch throughout your stay. The home is comfortably appointed and well stocked. The fenced in back yard was a huge plus for our dog, giving him a chance to enjoy some off leash time. Grocery stores, parks, restaurants, gas stations, etc are all close by.

Everything was exactly as shown and decribed. Lovely home in a great neighborhood. We had an absolute fantastic stay at Ginger's place. We were relocating from out of state, and needed a place to stay before we closed on our home. Her place was cozy, clean, and a perfect fit for our family. She was also very responsive when we needed anything. I HIGHLY recommend her place!

Wonderful Stay

Ginger is a gracious host and the property was just as depicted. We loved how comfortable the house was, and the kitchen was fully equipped. Ginger added lovely touches, such as snacks in a basket. I would definitely highly recommend this property!

Very quiet neighborhood close to Publix grocery store. My sister and I had a nice relaxing stay. Ginger was very accomodating and quick to respond to questions. Her rates were very reasonable and comparable to what we would have spent at a hotel, but with a lot more room. Definately would recommend.

House was in a great location for our family. Very clean and nice neighborhood. Host was in contact and available to us by text throughout our trip. Only thing we could have wished for were better pillows for the beds. Would definitely recommend if looking to stay in the Summerville, SC area.

A quaint little getaway

Ginger and her home were fantastic for me and a few family members. The house was incredibly clean and tidy, well appointed, and overall comfortable. Ginger went out of her way to periodically check in, which was I was very appreciative for. Although we had no issues where we needed Ginger’s support to resolve, if we had I’m confident Ginger would have been quick to support and resolve. I would certainly book again!

Perfect experience! Ginger communicated well throughout the whole experience, the home was even more beautiful and spacious than the pictures show, we loved having a fenced in yard for our dogs, quiet neighborhood but close to a lot- I could go on!! Would highly recommend and great for a family with kids as well.
