"Beautiful apartment just off the owners home but it feels like you are totally alone. They have everything you need with clear instructions. It is within a 10-15 minute drive of all of the great drives and hikes and site seeing in the area. We would absolutely stay here again!"

"The Bunk House is very quaint and peaceful…just what we wanted. It has everything we needed. It’s not far from town. We enjoyed sitting outside on the porch. There’s a little path that you can walk down to the river too. Highly recommend staying at the Bunk House if you are in Cañon City. Loved chatting with Shari, she is so sweet."

"Great stay in fun cabin. Shari and Mike are very welcoming and are great hosts. We enjoyed hanging out on the porch next to the creek, comfortable bed and it was nice and clean. We will be back. "

"We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again in the future. It was close to the activities we chose. It was clean and comfortable. There were many small extra things that made it feel like home. "

"Needed more towels as not enough for 3 bedrooms.Shower floor very slippery and may be dangerous. Suggest putting down tiki mat or some kind of mat.Tub was very slippery as well if you take a shower, there is a mat but it does not fit the tub, suggest a liner for that shower curtain.Beds were great, loved the kitchen but would suggest framing out the outlet at the end when you first come in the kitchen as it was an eye sore.Overall place was great and very nicely decorated. "

"I have nothing but amazing things to say about this place and our host. The location is great - walkable to centennial park, railroad, and restaurants. Short drive to skyline and tunnel road trailhead. The space is so beautiful and comfortable. We have stayed at a lot of short term rentals, but this one stands out. The beds and linens are so cozy, and there were little personal touches around the house to make our stay extra comfortable. Truly a well hosted experience, not just a place to crash....

"It was a very quiet neighborhood and we were very comfy"

"Overall, a very nice place to stay. An older house but well maintained, with several nice common areas to sit and relax. A few supplies were missing (soap, laundry detergent), but the owner was happy to provide them. There are uneven floors, which were not a problem for us but may be hard for people with challenges with balance/walking.The secret staircase was a plus!"
