Getting Around:

A vehicle is recommended for exploring the surrounding White Mountains region. The seasonal ski shuttle to Loon Mountain stops directly outside the property. Winter road conditions are common; all-wheel drive or winter tires are recommended during snow season. Parking is available in the driveway for 2 vehicles, plus a 3rd space is available in overflow parking.



Loon Mountain Shuttle (Operated by Loon Mountain):

Afternoon: 12:30–5:00pm

Ski Shuttle:

A seasonal ski shuttle stop is located immediately outside the property, making access to the slopes simple and convenient. The free shuttle operates on Saturdays, Sundays, and peak holiday periods during ski season. The shuttle comes every 15-20 minutes.



Overflow Parking Pass:

*Overflow parking pass for only 1 CAR.

*The pass is in the kitchen in the top drawer to the left of the dishwasher.

*$100 Fine if the Parking Pass is Lost, Damaged, and/or Missing.



**THE PARKING PASS MUST BE DISPLAYED IN THE CAR WHEN IN THE OVERFLOW PARKING LOT (THE ASSOCIATION WILL TOW IF PARKING PASS IS NOT VISIBLE).**
