Beautiful remodeled 4 bedroom 2 bath house

Need a vacation rental, a business stay or a temporary home. This place is for you. The house is a ranch style home perfect for you or your family and friends to have to yourself. There is a large beautiful back patio to enjoy for BBQs as well as a firepit that is entertainment ready. Large privacy fenced back yard. Located in a quiet neighborhood. There is also a large park 1 block from the house for the kids to enjoy as well as Holmes Lake park 4 miles away which offers fishing, kayaking , a 2 mile walking trail around lake, playgrounds and picnic areas. This house is located only 4 miles from downtown Lincoln for those who are sports fans, concert goer and enjoy the night life. Shopping malls as well as many other store within a few miles of the home. You are located 10 miles from the LIncoln Airport and 1 hour from the Omaha Airport. There is a bus system in the neighborhood as well as Uber to take you to your destination.
The house includes 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Both bedrooms upstairs have comfortable queen size beds .The kitchen has everything needed to cook all your meals. Grocery store is approx. 1 mile from the house. Upstairs also includes a large master bath. Downstairs there 2 more bedrooms one with queen size bed and another with 2 queen size beds along with another bathroom. Included also is a washer and dryer for your use.
Internet is provided.
If you are an outdoors person Nebraska offers many places for bike riding, fishing, and boating as well.

Great House for Graduation Weekend at UNL

We enjoyed staying at this house for graduation weekend. This was our third stay at this property. It's perfect for visiting your UNL student. Plenty of space for large families and a great backyard for hanging out.

My niece lives in the neighborhood, several fmaily members came in for her graduation. This house was perfect, it was within 3 blocks of my niece but gave ua plenty of room to gather and play board games, the backyard was amazing for photographs. The house is well stocked as far as dishes and glassware. Super clean and quiet neighborhood

Well Appointed and Conveniently Located

We had a great stay! Space fit our family perfectly.Kitchen was very functional and bathrooms well supplied. Check in was easy and check out instructions clear and simple. Would definitely stay at this location again.

The only comment is about the WiFi. The connection is slow and couldn’t get connected in the two bedrooms in the basement . Everything else was good.

We went to Nebraska to watch out grandson play ball. There were 5 beds and 10 people. I put 4 when I rented which was my mistake. The owner was less than kind when he saw that there was more people. Since I paid for the room and there were 5 beds, I think he perhaps overreacted. The upstairs was great, however the downstairs needs a little love. I would not stay here again due to the owner being rude.

Excellent stay!

Excellent stay! My husband and two of our friends stayed here and it was such a good experience. Rhonda was so easy to communicate with and we had everything we needed throughout our time here. The location was great as well as it was so close to the grocery stores and Lincoln's downtown life. We definitely will be booking with Rhonda in the future for our return stays!

Stay in Lincoln for SCCA Solo Nats

We came to Lincoln from Utah for the SCCA Solo National championship race. The house was priced comparable to hotels near the airport and had more space and was much cleaner. I prefer staying in a house for the living space and comfort. Being able to relax at the end of a long race day is very nice. Thanks again for the clean comfortable place to relax.

The house looks great from the outside and has a gorgeous back yard. It fell a little short for us overall. The lower level wasn't really up to par. One of the bedrooms does not have a door to close. Access to the washer and dryer was through the lower level bathroom and was a little awkward. The lower level just felt cobbled together. The main level was really nice except that the wood floors tended to squeak a lot. The house was generally neat and clean and the host was very responsive to communication.

Safe, quiet, & quaint neighborhood- comfortable stay

I would stay again and would recommend to family and friends. The property was clean and there were plenty of comfortable beds. The instructions on how to care for the house and how to check out were completely clear, which is really nice. Loved the cute neighborhood. Plenty of places to eat nearby.
