What a Boat Bob? - Stunning Oceanfront Condo! Great views! Heated Pool!

No. 316 at D Sands Condominiums is a privately owned condo we call "What a Boat Bob?”. Located in a south building that was added onto the property after the construction of the original, this one bedroom, one bathroom suite is located 30 steps up on the third floor and guests can take in those ocean views from the condo's large wall of windows or out on the private balcony.

Bring the whole family because What a Boat Bob? can sleep up to a party or family of 6. Enjoy the privacy of the King bed in the bedroom, or opt for the Queen bed or sofa sleeper in the living room to fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean, across from the TV and a gas fireplace so that you can enjoy a cozy stay on even the rainiest of Oregon Coast's days. The suite's bathroom features both a shower and a bathtub.

What a Boat Bob? also comes equipped with a fully stocked kitchenette, complete with full-sized refrigerator, stovetop, oven, drip coffee maker, and microwave, and a small dining table to allow you to enjoy an oceanfront dining experience from the comfort of your condo.

The Unit of Association Owners, our HOA, provides Wi-fi and cable TV throughout the complex and an indoor pool. D Sands Condominiums also features its own easy and private beach access so that guests can take full advantage of our oceanfront location and play in the sand and surf.

Centrally located in the middle of Lincoln City, D Sands Condominiums is an easy walk to Kyllo's, Lincoln City's favorite restaurant on the beach, a wine bar, Chinese food and so much more. A quick car ride can take you to the Chinook Winds Casino or the Lincoln City Outlets, not to mention all the other fun dining, shopping, and activity destinations in town.

If you walk 15-20 minutes on the beach to the north, you will find natural tidepools with all kinds of sea life. Or stay a little closer to home, and take in one of the most famous rivers in the world, the D River, the shortest river on the planet. The D River State Recreation Area is adjacent to the property, and provides even easier access to the beach in the form of a gradual slope. We're also conveniently close to a variety of other recreation areas and hiking trails for the avid nature lover.

Relaxing weekend at the beach

We had a lovely time at What a Boat Bob? We love the flexibility of having a bed in the living room and one in the back bedroom. The kitchen space is great and the view can't be beat. We did try to use the DVD player and could not get it to work with the instructions listed in the unit. But there were other viewing options available. Overall, it was a great trip.

Gem of a Spot

Stunning ocean views! You can’t beat the view that comes replete with a lovely balcony overlooking the ocean, a fireplace, a full kitchen and a back bedroom. It was the perfect set up for our family, being just steps away from the beach. I would stay again in a heartbeat!

This is a great property

The views at this condo are unmatched. Unmatched. We didnt want to leave, everything was so perfect. The view is spectacular. All ocean. All the time. Every extra that you could think of was in the room. The full kitchen was awesome. Everyth8ng was really clean. And freshky stocked. Checking in and out could not be easier. 15/10 will definitely be staying again.

What we thought. Although, batteries were dead on the carbon dioxide monitor so my husband went to the store to replace them given the gas fireplace. Makes you wonder if the other alarms were in working order.

What a view!

Other than the buildings not being labeled to locate the correct room with ease the place is great. Apparently the office building is supposed to have a “map” but we didn’t see it. Overall it was a minor issue, the host’s communication was nice and we enjoyed our stay! The view is amazing, plenty of walkable establishments as well and a trail or two!

Totally loved the condo!!

Location! Location!

Location is everything & you’ll get just that with this condo! You’re oceanfront - no obstructions of the amazing ocean/beach! Mid-week is priced lower. The only challenge might be the lack of elevators so plan for that if booking the 3rd floor rooms. The complex is not new but the location is perfect, easy to find & fairly central.
