"We asked to cancel and receive a refund for the second night booking. we did not have a comfortable stay and being sent to the dirty room next door for a shower after a poor disturbed night's sleep was the last straw. Our shower was apparently suffering from low water pressure but the one next door was fine! The following items were not acceptable even for budget accommodation: Stink of damp and dog in the room. "Once i'd read and checked the local area the check-in was fine. Flat is nice, maybe more spacious than it looks. Well stocked kitchen with cooked, air fryer, kettle, coffee maker etc. Also had coffee pods, tea, sugar and dried milk. Nice TV. Well stocked bathroom. All in all, a good flat. Decent location too.
