"The arrangements to access the property were accurate and worked fine. I was very comfortable. My stay was short and sweet, having to leave very early for a morning flight. For me, the name implied a short distance from the airport, and I travelled to Luton by train. - it was a long uphill walk from the station! However it was very easy to arrange a car to pick me up at 4.30 the next morning."

"The hotel was excellent for access to the airport. There is a bus that goes from just outside or a 15min walk. The bar serves food untill quite late and I found the curry very nice. The hotel was quiet except for the planes taking off. The staff were also friendly and helpful. I would stay there again if I need to go from the airport again."

"Nice place. Very friendly staff. I think some rooms must be better than others as ours was not as nice as the ones in the photos. There did not seem to be an option to select the nicer rooms so it may be the luck of the draw. "

"Amazing value given the history of the building and the location cannot be better for downtown Luton. Great to have facilities like tea and coffee, and breakfast was from a small but essential selection. Room were nice, using a fan rather than air conditioning. Which was ok. "

"Pros: Great location if you’re visiting / doing business in Ampthill. Great food and drinks downstairs. The staff were always friendly, helpful and welcoming. Cons: no on premise parking. Closest parking is a municipal lot…10 pounds for 24 hours. When I checked in my room was made up as 2 singles instead of a double as requested. Beds were a tad small & uncomfortable. Walls are thin, I could hear my neighbors “chatting” until midnight the night before I was planning on checking out. Otherwise...

"We enjoyed staying at the Brocket Arms for weekend. The room was clean and comfortable and equipped with what we needed (kettle, water, wardrobe and desk/dressing table as well as TV and en suite shower room). The room was modern but retained its 16th century character with exposed beams in the bedroom. We especially enjoyed the food which was high quality, well cooked 'pub fayre' (steak, sausage and mash, fish and chips and a good selection of 'proper' puddings) and breakfast was excellent too....

"As I booked a twin room by acceident we had to move the bed to make a double wss very dusty and rubbish under the beds but oberall was a great stay very welcoming and the breakfast wss lovely "

"The hotel felt very spacious, definitely 4 star. Staff are friendly yet professional. Beds are really comfy and breakfast was excellent. I liked the room safe for my jewellery. "
