Dåligt hotell med smutsig utomhuspool
"Vi bodde 3 nätter på hotellet. Utomhuspoolen var extremt smutsig och därför avstängd 2 av de 3 nätterna vi bodde på hotellet. Jag begärde någon form av kompensation som gratis middag men hotellet ville inte ens bjuda på en middag. Mycket dålig service. Kommer aldrig bo där igen."

"La literie est correcte. Très bon petit déjeuner Je reproche l’attitude du personnel très peu disponible et très froid. Il ne vous aide pas que ce soit à la réception à la piscine (pour déplacer un fauteuil) à l’entrée Très peu d’aide de leur part. Je suis déçue vraiment du personnel. J’ai pourtant ..."

"It's quite a nice hotel compared to hotels in Indonesia in general, no doubt about it. Many westerners might find it less nice than what they prefer or are used to, but it is indeed one of the best hotels in the city, and considering the relatively low per-night price, it was quite comfortable."
