Located on the top floor of the main building of Kauai Beach Resort, this suite is conveniently situated for easy access to the front desk, restaurants, the elevator and parking.

Plus, it offers the most stunning views in the entire resort!

From the moment you step inside, you'll be greeted by breathtaking pool and ocean views that can be enjoyed from both the suite and the spacious lanai/balcony.

The suite itself measures 307 square feet, while the balcony adds an additional 58 square feet of outdoor space for you to relax and take in the scenery.

With a comfortable king-sized bed, this suite comfortably accommodates 2 adults.

The chaise lounge is perfect for a child aged 5-10 years old. Additionally, there is a twin-sized air mattress available, which can be set up for a larger child or a third adult.

For families traveling with infants, a Pack-n-Play crib is provided at no additional cost.

The maximum occupancy for this suite is 3 adults and 1 child, or 2 adults and 2 children. So bring your family or come with friends for a memorable stay in this beautiful suite.

Per Kauai County laws, the suite does not have any cooking facilities.

We offer a coffee maker and a 3.5 cubic foot fridge with freezer (counter height bar/mini fridge size). A cooler and ice packs are also provided.

There is an ice machine and microwave down the hall in the guest lounge, and laundry facilities are on the first floor of Building 1.

Furnishings are comfortable and updated.

Located less than an hour to the north and south shores, our suite puts you in the perfect position to tour the entire island during a relatively short stay.

There are no shops or restaurants within walking distance outside the resort, so a rental car is recommended, and booking as far in advance as possible will get you the best rates.

Uber, Lyft, public buses, and taxis are also available. You can also rent a car from the Front Desk if you make a last minute-decision to do so (no guarantees about availability or pricing).

PLEASE NOTE: Parking is $40.00/day plus tax and is paid to the resort directly, and there are EV chargers for electric cars available.

GUEST ACCESS

Check in is at 4pm at Front Desk in the resort lobby. That's where you'll register your stay and get your room key. Check out is 10am.

PLEASE NOTE: The Front Desk will not provide you with extras for your room so if you need anything, please contact us directly!

WiFi is free throughout the resort - the password is your last name and the room number, ie, Smith2508.

CLEANING SERVICES

Because you are staying in a privately owned resort room, cleaning services are provided directly through us.

We do not provide daily cleaning services, but if your stay is longer than 8 days, we offer additional bedding and towels for a one-time $20 fee. To take advantage of that offer, please let me know and we'll process that request for you manually.

If you would like to arrange for additional room cleans, you may do so for an additional charge. Please let me know prior to your arrival so I can make sure the cleaner is available.

We provide beach towels, and extra supplies (toilet paper, tissue, soap etc) are in bins under the bed.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY

We allow cancellations and offer a 96% (payment less administrative fees incurred by us) refund from the date of booking till 30 days prior to check-in. Cancellations made within 30 and 14 days of check-in are subject to a 50% refund, and reservations cancelled within 14 days of check-in are not entitled to a refund. Please inquire for additional details.

Additionally we require a $500 deposit or you have the option of purchasing damage waiver protection for your stay with us for $35 (which covers you for up to $500). You will be invited to verify your identity and select from one of these two options through a separate email from our insurance broker Truvi.

I've included a lot of information here, but I'm hoping to clarify what your experience will be like during your stay at the resort. As states earlier, you'll be saving $100+ per night booking this space directly through me as opposed to through the resort, plus you are getting one of the best rooms there!
