The staff is nice and busy all the time. The check-in and check-out have to be done on the machine. It is a bit clunky. The room is smaller than in the photo. It is good for value and short term stay."

Great, high-quality, delicious smelling toiletries products in bathroom. Fabulous restaurant and grounds. And the sauna and spa were aces, wish I could bottle the smell up there! Plus views from the spa lounge of the TV tower were amazing. Would go back to sly Berlin in a heartbeat. Also a good location; really close to tram and food market."

Shampoo and conditioner, multiple charging outlets where you need them, supplies available for restocking the kitchenette and linens. "We were in Berlin for the record heat wave and this hotel saved us! They not only had air conditioning but when one of our rooms ac was not working, they gave us a new room. The location is great! There is literally a tram stop right in front and it’s only 2 stops from Alexanderplatz, the central metro station, with lots of shops and restaurants. It was comfortable, clean and convenient."
