"The hotel is situated in Lennoza, about 1/2 hour away from Berlogio by local bus C30 and 1 hour to lake Como town centre. Our room has a nice view of the lake. Place is clean, pleasant staff and helpful ataff. Breakfast is fantastic with a variety of choices and with great view of the lake. Overall we have great experience. "

"Big bedroom with excellent size and comfortable bed. Great balcony overlooking the lake, but it is on a busy road so it can get noisy. Sofa in lounge is not particularly comfortable for relaxing in the evening. General location is good for Lenno via the Greenway. The apartment did have a slight smell of smoke upon arrival. "

"Our family of 3 had a great time staying at the property. The only issue was the Wi-Fi, it was very weak and dropped constantly. Besides that, other things were nice. It’s close to water taxi, as well as ferry to Bellagio/Verrana (10 mins walk to your left), ferry to Como & bus are few step on the right. Would stay here again. "

"What a relaxing, wonderful stay. The team were so friendly and helpful. There are some lovely touches. One thing we missed was not having breakfast in a restaurant, here it’s lovely but room service each day. We will be back!"

"Wonderful place right on the water, separate from all the tourists and center of town but an easy walk and Varenna is less than 4 minutes away. The staff was wonderful, the breakfast was amazing. It was a fantastic stay"
