Our wedding fee will be in addition to your stay:

$1500 for weddings/events up to 50 people
$2,000 for weddings/events up to 75 people
$2,500 for weddings/events up to 100 people

The wedding fee would apply to any wedding, `micro` wedding, vow renewal ceremony, reception or post-elopement celebration.

-A 500.00 refundable security deposit will be required to be paid to Elite Experiences at the time of booking

-At least 2 porta pots are required.

-A reservation contract is required to be signed directly with Elite Experiences.

EVENTS

All events must be approved prior to your stay. A $500 event fee will apply for gatherings with unregistered guests in attendance.

1) This property is non-smoking. If evidence of smoking is discovered, a $250 fee per day will be assessed.

2) There is outdoor surveillance for the safety and security of guests and for the property.

3) Quiet hours are between 10pm and 7am, please follow the local noise ordinance and be respectful of the neighbors.

4) No Hunting or Fishing on the property

5) No fireworks on the property

6) No pets allowed at the property.

7) Please specify the accurate guest count and notify us. If that number changes and is more than 16, an extra guest fee that is $20 per person per night plus service fee and taxes will apply.

8) All day time visitors must be registered and included in the guest count.

9) No visitors allowed without permission; including visitors pets.

Pictures don’t do it justice!

I rely heavily on reviews, so I’m going to take my time and provide others with a thorough review.This was a friends trip with a group of ladies ages 50 to 70. We do trips a couple of times a year and choose the place rather than the destination. We chose well with this slice of heaven.This place is phenomenal in every way. The photos make it appear that it is on flat ground, but it is on a hill overlooking the pond and fields. The mountains are right in front of you and the views are spectacular! The first response as you walk through the front door is “wow!“Some of the prior reviews commented on the furniture being worn. The majority of the furniture in the entire home has been replaced and it was very nice. Each room felt like a resort full of everything you’d expect from a well decorated room.Here are a few items to note, and a message to the property managers regarding what it would take to bring this place to a 10. The kitchen is in dire need of a deep clean, especially the gas stove and ovens. They are filthy. For a place that accommodates a large group of people, the supply of dishes and glasses were sparse. Spend a few hundred dollars and invest in an ample supply of serving ware. The can opener does not work, the outdoor kitchen in the pavilion is gross. The grease trap has not been cleaned for at least a year and was coagulated. Everything was filthy even to touch. I can’t imagine cooking food on it.The rest of the place was fabulous!

The home is in a beautiful setting and well laid out. You can definitely tell that it has been used and is in need of some updating/cosmetic/ceiling tiles and window treatment repairs. Overall a GREAT place for a retreat or even family or friend gathering. There’s really nothing closer than about 20 minutes to include food and or groceries so make sure and bring what you need with you. Again great property but many bulbs were out, ceiling tiles stained and popped up and need replacing, some flooring needs replacing, and all smoke detectors should work - some were missing. The kitchen is a dream however there was no coffee and minimal coffee supplies and the HUGE commercial oven was in need of a major cleaning and the left side oven didn’t work. There’s a large ice maker in the basement but the lid was not working right thus, we didn’t utilize it. I would definitely stay here again, however, at this price point I would expect all rooms to include furnishings (all sofas and living area chairs were in poor condition) need replaced to be as nice as the master suites and larger suites. Again, these are pretty easy fixes and I would definitely book again - especially in the summer during pool and hot tub season as neither were operating during our stay - pool was covered up and hot tub was drained. Overall beautiful setting.
