It’s was impossible to get anyone to do anything for you there. We booked reservations to the restaurants that were canceled or not put in the system. They offer canoes but they weren’t available for 4 days due to “maintenance”. Staff was courteous, smiled and said they would address our concerns ...

We didn’t have AC the entire week , after going to the front desk they never fixed it. The pool bar closes way too early and no fun entertainment. Evening a singer came each night . The staff was very rude they hate their jobs with the exception of 2 .

Person meeting us in reception was very nice and welcoming. Check in process was fast. No elevator if your room is on 2nd floor. It is very close to airport. Room was clean and nice and also had coffe in the room. However, Im not sure the bedding was changed from previous gest.
