Property under renovations, so it is what it was. Room clean but could use some further work such as bath wall switch recessed inward instead of on the outside of wall. Property fee of $15 charged was dumb. Not sure if the property fee is a disguised resort fee. Property is in disarray so I didn’t understand the charge. Staff were great.
Location in Frankfort was convenient to restaurants.

The hotel is super cool. It is beautifully decorated and also very quiet at night. The restaurant on site is very, very good. Staff was super friendly and welcoming. Hotel is walking distance to all the happenings downtown too. Will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Frankfort, KY
