Featuring 2 bedrooms & 1 bath, guests are able to experience life like a local with all the modern-day amenities. We are also above the delicious Brown Barrel Restaurant.

Professionally managed by PURE Property Management of Kentucky, our team is readily available for any guest needs. we have curated an automated experience but are only a message or phone call away if our guests are in need.

Located in the heart of downtown Frankfort above Brown Barrel. Guests can easily walk to local attractions and eatery.

Guests will have full access to this private apartment. The only shared space in the entry into the building.

Broadway Rails has plenty of room for your friends & family to gather while visiting historic Frankfort, Kentucky! This charming apartment is located on the 2nd floor & guests MUST climb stairs to access. Please refer to our floorplan in our photos for the apartment layout.

Our unit has a private living room, fully stocked kitchen kitchen, 2 private bedrooms, 1 Full Bathroom, & filled with character and charm. You will have no problem finding somewhere to spend your time together or alone while staying with us.


EAT
Our dining table is located in the kitchen and seats 2guests. You can enjoy cooking in our kitchen apartment, and all the utensils needed to prepare your favorite dishes. We have well equipped our kitchen for all of your culinary needs.

We are also within a short walking distance to local Downtown eateries and bars. Our property is located directly above the restaurant Brown Barrel. Reach out to our team for some of our favorite recommendations. We provide a house manual at the property with additional local restaurants in Frankfort and surrounding Central KY.

SLEEP
This charming home has 2 bedrooms with 2 beds memory foam mattresses. The primary bedroom offers a king bed, while our second bedroom has a queen bed. We do provide all linens for beds and a set of towels per guests. The two bedrooms will share the two full bathrooms located in the hallway.

If there are any services you need or recommendations on how to Live Like A Local, our team is readily available to assist with all ways in making your STAY Special!

Even though we are centrally located, we do recommend guests use their personal vehicle to get around Frankfort.

Property was as described and 1 block from main street. Easy walking to cafes, restaurants and shopping. History museum is very close as well. I highly recommend this Property for anyone looking to stay.

We were very pleased with it. The only slight thing was the bathroom door was hard to close as it was sagging a bit. But the rest of the place made up for that and more. Very nicely done. Thank you and we will be staying again.

Perfect location. Great ambiance in the vrbo. Easy checkin and out. All of the toiletries and coffee pod options you could imagine were avaiable which was a nice touch. Easy walks to breakfast lunch or dinner and short drive around major attractions. Great location.

We loved the location of this apartment, with easy walks to several restaurants & bars. Also it’s a short drive away from the distilleries. This condo was just what we needed. It’s an old building, so that comes with some character. Beds were comfortable and everything worked as expected.

We booked this place while visiting the bourbon trail. This place was in a great location, just minutes from Buffalo Trace but in walking distance of great restaurants and bars. There were two couples in our group and this place was clean, beautifully decorated and fully equipped for our needed and at a affordable price! I will be recommending this to any friends or family that want to visit Frankfort. You will not be disappointed if you choose to book!

The property was as described. It was budget friendly, and a great location. Walking distance to several restaurants and shops. Easily found parking in front of unit. A cheap garage and free non-timed street parking was also in close proximity for those not wanting to have to move their vehicle. There were a couple small maintenence issues that I brought to the host attention for future guests. Host was quick to respond. I would stay here again.

My attempts to get the check in details on the check in day went unanswered. Calls went directly to voice mail and were not returned. I called Vrbo about this and their attempt to reach the host failed. I am working with Vrbo to get a complete refund. Do not reserve or rent this.

Buffalo Trace is our favorite distillery and we usual go and then leave to the next. This VRBO was the perfect location. When you walk in to VRBO, the bourbon style sets the mood for the weekend. The newly renovated VRBO was very clean and you feel comfortable immediately. I was disappointed when I reached out to the host during our stay because we were close to running out of toilet paper and I could not find any. After a couple of hours of not hearing, I ordered and bought my own toilet paper through DoorDash. Never heard (still) from the host. We would totally re-book. A suggestions/thought. Need to have a sponge to make it easier to do dishes instead of dish cloth. Also, there were no instructions or communication on what the expectation was upon check out.
