"The property was in a nice neighborhood but was not clean as it should be. The host stated that the cleaners had been there since 10:30 am cleaning. They clearly did a rush job. The refrigerator, tub and toilets were not clean. I sent pictures to the host. She offered to have the cleaners come back out, which is unsatisfactory as they should have completed their job correctly the first time. I went to the store to purchase cleaning supplies to clean myself. I was offered no compensation. There...

"Communication was great. Really appreciated the extra touch of Christmas decorations. Some play items in the backyard were in need of repair or replacement. The spa is not heated and therefore not useable in the winter. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the visibility of the backyard and pool from the living areas of the house. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The beds were comfortable, the pool was nice, house decorated for Christmas, with a nice open area and great kitchen. The only reason i didn't give a 5 star was the lack of lighting in the backyard/driveway and we couldn't get the hot tub to heat nor the jetted to work. Jeff was a wonderful host! Very responsive"

"Went for a mom’s night away!!! We were mostly enjoying the Grapevine Christmas festivities so it was great that the house was real close to that! Is two story so that’s why I gave 4 stars for kid friendly. But other than that, great property, great communication with the owner, and comfy beds!! "
