Close in Rancher located in the Lewiston orchards area. Several restaurants in the area within walking distance, along with a bowling alley. This home has been completely renovated and tastefully decorated throughout. It has two bedrooms with pillowtop new Queen beds. One bathroom, full kitchen, living room and a dining room with table and seating for 6 people. You will feel right at home in our place. Also has a private fence in the backyard for your dogs.

The email sent to provide the door code did not provide it. It went to the website. We have rented this place 3 times and will not again. The shower is abnormal, towels were inadequate and the property is covered in weeds.

Booked 9 months in advance. Did not receive an access code. House had not been cleaned after previous guest. We had to strip beds and towels and do laundry, clean the bathroom, empty trash cans, dump food out of the refrigerator, clean bugs out of the kitchen sink, and vacuum up dog hair in order to stay there. There was a long note on the kitchen counter from a previous renter who had experienced similar conditions. Requested a partial refund from the owner. After being contacted by 2 seperate Vrbo agents he has yet to respond after 10 days. This place would be perfectly adequate if it were being properly managed, but unless something changes you are taking a risk by booking here.

1. Communication,I messaged the host a day in advance to ask about check in time and the facilities,The only response I received was the entry code and that was sent 15 minutes after check in time 2. Area,The place is right next to a mechanic shop, and active street ( the noise level is high)3. Cleanliness,The floors were tacky, the house smelled of mold and animals (as it is a pet friendly place I get there will always be a smell, however it was an overwhelming ) I could not bring my self to trust the bedding as they looked to have been previously used.4. Information,We had to search for the wifi password as wifi is included in the listing, I had assumed that like other places I have stayed in that all Information needed would be in the provided booklet, it was not, check out instructions where also not included.5. Condition of property,(Exterior) the bushes are overgrown, and there is visible damage to the sofet, the parking was good for up to 2 cars, (Interior)Water damaged creeky floors, squeaky beds, the shower was very difficult to use, the water pressure was good, but the tub would not drain,No Hot water, the water would get just above cool and that was it.

Dead bugs in each sink, ants crawling on counter, both beds were completely unmade, piles of other sheets or blankets piled up in front on one bed. Three sheets of not so nice written comments from prior renters. This property should not be able to be listed on ANY rental site.

Upon entering the property we found that it had not been cleaned since at least the past two guests as we found a not from the previous guest stating that they left the place cleaner than how they found it (and it was filthy when we arrived). All bed were unmade with dirty sheets, no clean towels, trash everywhere, dirty dishes, no batteries in the smoke detectors, dead and alive bugs everywhere. The host’s number listed is NOT the person in charge of the property and they are no help. And be warned: Expedia will not give you a refund

House was as listed. Yard needs TLC. Back yard was great for my dogs. Cute table & chairs to enjoy outside space. Bed was very comfortable. Welcome book needs update to include WiFi code & rules/expectations. Water pressure & furnace were funky. I would stay here again.

Our stay was great, the location was perfect as our grandaughter was performing in the All State Chior. First impressions driving up to the house were a little scetchy. The outside of the house is in need of repairs. We had to contact the manager for the code to access the house, it was about a 30 minute waite. Seems like the code could be sent to my phone at least 30 minutes before check- in. That would have saved alot of stress after our long drive. Once in the house it was very clean and worked fine for our stay.

The first thing I seen was the mouse poison in the cabinets, there is a crack in the ceiling where it looks like it’s leaked and peeled, the place has hardly any kinds of decorations, it’s barley furnished, the basement says no one‘s allowed down there, but it’s just open. there really should be a gate or a door of some sort if you don’t want people down there. It took a long time to find the directions for checkout. They were not very clear and I had to message the owner to get the codes before I got there because I was never sent an email with checking information.

The house was clean and welcoming. The back yard was a perfect size for our dog. There was no hand rails in front causing my husband to take a fall though.

When we arrived the house was freezing cold. The furnace had run out of oil, and hadn't been filled yet, or nobody had checked to make sure it was running again. After finally getting ahold of a person, we were able to ask for a refund, and go findsomeplace warm to stay.

Property has potential, being denied the basement area is quite odd and it was difficult to keep the dogs from this area. Had to barricade thethreshhold with chairs and move them everytime we let the dogs out. No access code given and couldnt reach renter for 45 minutes into check in. The yard could use tlc to be considered dog friendly with fox tail growing in the back yardthe back yard

Great little place to stay for me and my family while they were visiting. However, the backyard was rather overgrown and needed to be mowed as well as the front yard. Fit our needs and was comfortable.

Garage locked and sign at basement stairs “No Entry” Stay out of Basement. First night at house the temperature was 66 degrees, no heat. Messaged the owners, 24 hours later they notified me that the oil must be out. Then fuel was delivered then we had heat. Throughout our stay, the heat in the house ranged from 68 to 72°. One night we had rain and water was leaking in the kitchen ceiling. There is an obvious leak. Paint peeling in the kitchen ceiling. The lawn/flowerbeds need weeding and attention. The dumpsters were full. When we took our trash out there was no room, we had to pile ours on top of already full trash dumpsters. The bathroom tub drain is slow to drain resulting in building of water and sludge resulting in the tub being extremely slick. Beware! It’s unsafe! The bathroom sink hot water does not flow very good at all. It’s slightly more than a dribble. I paid extra for my niece and her small dog staying however, we did not receive a credit for the inconvenience of being without heat for 24 hours. Buyers beware.

Poorly maintained rental. Curtains were flimsy and didn’t fit the windows in both bedrooms. Bathroom towels were musty smelling and frayed. My kids found a cigarette that rolled out from under the couch. There was only a 1/4 roll of paper towels and same for toilet paper without replacement rolls anywhere on the rental. Random bottles of toiletries were left but look dirty. All the washcloths were stained and dingy. The outside landscape was overgrown and not maintained. Property is situated on a 1 way street making it difficult to get to and from.

First and foremost, the beds were really comfortable! That's always a plus! The property was conveniently located for our needs. The neighborhood is not well-kept, but we did not feel unsafe. If you like wine, Clearwater Canyon Cellars is an easy 2 block walk from the house. And their wine is delicious! The house could use a deep clean and a few details like clothes hangers in the closets, shampoo when it lists shampoo as an amenity, and an upgrade on basic cooking utensils like spatulas, etc. The yard could use some love too, but as far as utility goes, the house served our needs; we were not there to spend a lot of time in the rental.

The house was comfortable and wonderfully located. It didn’t take long to get anywhere we wanted to go and it was easy to find. The hosts were very thoughtful and kind. Such a quiet neighborhood. We very much enjoyed our stay.
