  • This 1940’s Rustic Log Lakehouse is tucked in on a beautiful wooded lakefront property on all-sports Tee Lake in Lewiston, MI. Our Rustic Log Lakehouse is 630 square feet with an exposed log ceiling and a porch overlooking the lake. It sleeps 6 people, has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, and a futon on the porch. One bedroom has 2 twin beds with a window that opens up for a view of the lake. The second bedroom has a handcrafted log bunk bed that is built into the cabin. This bunk has 2 double mattresses and an open view of the knotty pine ceiling. We have a beautiful front porch area that is steps away from your own private sandy beach with a dock.

    There is a public boat launch if you want to bring your boat or you can use our rowboat or canoe to explore the unique character and 3 islands on the lake. We have a lakeside swing that is a perfect spot for reading a book, relaxing, or watching the Loons. You can enjoy the sunrise on the beach with a morning coffee and an evening boat ride to Sunset Cove for a spectacular sunset. We are 3 miles from Garland Golf Course and 3 miles from downtown Lewiston. This rental property is ideal for families, couples, and golfers.

Beautiful peaceful piece of heaven. Vintage cabin with your own private beach. Perfect for relaxation and "water watching"! Kids will love it. Perfect for your dog, too! Can't say enough good things about it.

We had a wonderful few days here. Just a few steps to the water. And having the boat and kayaks available was amazing! Cozy cabin and we loved the enclosed porch for late night family laughs. Just a few minutes to town for any needs. Easy check in and such a quiet, private place to spend a few days.

This cabin is adorable. It was everything we wanted. Brought our boat and did lots of fishing. Will definitely stay here again.

The cabin is small, very rustic. I loved that you could open all the windows and have good cross ventilation, which helps with no AC. Swimming is excellent, fishing is wonderful and we had a fish fry. REcommend to update the refrigerator--a vintage model--with minimal freezer space Think shoebox size. Quiet and woodsy atmosphere. If the tree had not come down on the power lines, we could have enjoyed all our days but the host was immediately available and reasonable. Not many kids games or books. Roku TV. A pleasant stay, thank you.

Always fantastic

I am biased as this cabin was in my family growing up and so I have a lot of nostalgia that colors my opinions i'm sure, but the Wasilks have done a great job with this place and it is a perfect getaway for anyone who values quiet and a rustic, timeless feel.

Rustic cabin on the lake.

We had a great stay. Cabin was as described and we loved the private beach and took advantage of the big rowboat to check out the lake.
