"Old building, but all the important stuff (beds, bedding, towels, bathroom fixtures, kitchen appliances and accessories) were new and/or clean. Convenient location, shops and restaurants within walking distance. Kinzua dam and hiking trails are a short drive away. Enjoyed our stay very much."

"It was off season which was quiet and relaxing. Beautiful view of the lake and moon during our stay. Very nice. "

"My family attended a family wedding the week a the Dam Inn and reserved both Gone Fishing and Barely Awake for the weekend.We found both properties to be very clean, nicely furnished and looked to be almost brand new.Both cabins are situated with the North Branch of the Clarion river running through the back of the property. When we did have free time, it was spent enjoying the early fall weather in the comfortable chairs around the firepit. If we would have had more time, we certainly would...

"Picture really don't do this place justice. Its quite and secluded. Oitside your surrounded by trees and inside is just beautiful. Has everything you need! "
