Bring your boat or jet ski — there’s public water access just down the street for easy launching, plus plenty of space in the driveway for parking your water toys. We even provide basic crabbing supplies for a fun day on the bay- no car needed!

Inside, enjoy 2 king bedrooms, a bunk/trundle room, and multiple living areas designed for family gatherings. A screened-in porch, large private backyard, and fully stocked kitchen make it easy to unwind after your adventures.

I wish that I could have taken this property home with me but since thats not possible, I'll have to book it again. The home, location, host, and amenities were all excellent.The home is well appointed. We are coffee lovers so having a coffee maker for ground coffee as well as a Kuerig machine was a plus. The layout was perfect for my family. We especially liked the way the bedrooms were separated with two living room areas. We were also especially pleased with the screened in porch. We spent time there most days. Yes, it was August but we enjoyed the fire pit in the large backyard.The location is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood but with easy access to both the Lewes historic area and beaches and Rehobeth Beach.We were in the moment and did not take any pictures but those in the listing are accurate.It's actually better than the pictures.Check-in was seamless and the host, Becky, was great to work with. She communicated well and promptly answered any questions that we had.I would definitely book this home again.

Beautiful!

The home is beautiful and as described. Well equipped and spacious. We were in town for a lacrosse tournament but were able to make a vacation out of it given the home and its location and the great seafood in the area. Our hosts were amazing. We will be back!

A Hidden Gem

This property was top notch. It’s gorgeous inside and was perfect for our family of 6! The location is perfect as well- very quiet yet close to rt 1. The house itself was so homie and cozy. Furniture was so comfortable as were the beds. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed in a house so comfortable! The neighborhood is quiet and it was a nice walk to the dock to look at the water! It was a little tight getting our boat in the driveway only because it’s a little narrow, but my husband didn’t seem to have any trouble backing it in! The house came equipped with stuff that a lot of other places don’t (beach items, beach chairs, firewood for the fire pit, paper towels and toilet paper). Becky the owner was great to work with and responded quickly to any questions we had! It was just a really great place! We will definitely be renting this place again!!

Comfortable home close to Delaware beaches

What a great experience! Home was exactly as described. The kitchen was well-equipped. So glad there was a crockpot. We loved the screened in porch and fire pit. We were so close to a boat launch, which was convenient. Becky was amazing in her timely and detailed communication. Definitely a 5 star stay.

Pleasantly Surprised

The ad promised a lot, but it often falls short of expectations. This time, however, it exceeded them. The place was even better than described. I particularly appreciated having access to the garage and the extra parking space available in the yard. The additional bug spray was a thoughtful touch. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and Becky was incredibly responsive and kept us well-informed throughout. Highly recommended!
