"A hidden gem tucked away in a sweet little Swiss French village. These waters are incredibly healing and the staff at the hotel was very friendly and accommodating. The location is wonderful, between two mountains and there are saunas, hammans, jacuzzis, massage jets and so much more. I loved my stay at the hotel and it was quiet and serene. "An enjoyable stay at the Hotel Lyret during the "off season." The front desk staff were helpful and cheerful. The room offered spectacular views of the surrounding snow-capped hills and Mont Blanc. The hotel features a small spa that can be booked for sauna and steam-room sessions. A small pool and welcoming outdoor area offer skiers and outdoor enthusiasts respite depending on the season. A breakfast area, fireplace, and comfy seating are on offer to guests."

"Four years ago, we stayed at the Hotel Les Grands Montets as part of our Tour du Mont Blanc ten-day trek. We had two nights there as we prepared for our last two legs of hiking on our trek. Unfortunately, poor weather did not permit us to take the preferred route to the Lac Blanc -- wind and precipitation made that leg too dangerous. We did an alternate route. We decided to complete the Lac Blanc section one day. This year, we completed that leg of the trip under excellent weather...

"Beautiful clean, large apartment, 4 mins walk from the bus stop and 10 mins max from the centre of Chamonix. Lady on reception was very welcoming and helpful on arrival. Full facilities to cook etc and complimentary tea & coffee. We only stayed for 1 night but wouldn't hesitate to stay again and longer next time! "
