"The room was clean and well stocked, but not in good condition. Furniture was worn and broken. The pillows felt like bags of lumpy fluff and definitely need replaced. The comforter was discolored. The room phone was not functional. The toilet was shockingly loud - would wake people up in the middle of the night. The hallways were muggy and warm, I felt bad for staff having to work in them. Only one elevator was working and it needs some repairs to the flooring."

"Adequate hotel for an overnight stay if needed, worth medium dollar. I walked into a slippery wet hotel floor, almost leading to injury, with very loud neighbors that ironically had to be escorted from the property. Although the staff was helpful enough to assist in taking care of these inconveniences, these were issues that I would not have anticipated experiencing, especially what a heavy and damaged/refundable incidental fee upon check-in."

"Not impressed with this place. They charge my card $100 which was the only money I had to buy food and Uber. Fortunately I had some available credit on a credit card or I would have been completely screwed and not able to get home or eat. The rooms have very minimal stuff in them. The pool was incredibly underwhelming. It seems like a big bar drinking scene. I wasn't into that at all. People in the Halls coming home from the bar late being noisy"

"I normally stay at the Edgewood, MD location, but it was all booked, so after searching, I decided to book here. After driving 6 hrs in traffic I arrive to check in only to find out the elevator is broken. Too late to book somewhere else on such short notice so I have No choice but to stay. My room is on the 4th Floor! I now have to hike up 4 flights after unpacking my car. I enter the room and it smell like mildew. There is like a musky hot steamy feeling. Like everything feels damp.
