"We loved staying here! Our room was great and the location was wonderful. The amenities in the room were great. The outlets on the side of the bed were wonderful. It was great that we could store our luggage until 3 pm when our room was available. We highly recommend and would definitely stay here again. "

"Given these have been recently refurbished the apartments are in excellent condition. The finishing and furnishings are of a high quality. One major let down is the noise from the street, it was a Saturday night but it kept us awake most of the night and spoiled what was otherwise a lovely break"

"We had a beautiful and efficient room for two. The bed was over the kitchen and the suite was south facing over South Bridge street. Excellent location only minutes from the Royal Mile and great restos and pubs. The only down side is its not cheap!"

"Excellent location and finishes and it smelled wonderful! The morning coffee and pastries were a welcome treat. We highly recommend including breakfast at cote (option well worth the money)!"

"What a peaceful stay! Princes street suites was a relaxing place to go, even in the busy atmosphere! Adjacent to literally everything. 5 minute walk from new town, 5 minutes to old town and the royal mile, 15 minute walk to the Holyrood Palace and Arthur’s seat, adjacent to parks, restaurants, and 3 minutes away walking from an incredible monument on a hill. A bus stop is right outside the door too! "
