The room was nice and clean, staff were very helpful. Breakfast was good on the 1st day, not si good on the 2nd. Great central spot for seeing the sights.

The host Mila was excellent and was quick in respond to all our queries. The property was clean and well equipped, only a short distance to the main attractions in Tirana.

I had booked triple room and was given a king bed with bunk beds that closed off the windows and prevented wardrobe or fridge opening. The tv nor aircon worked when i complained I was given choice of two rooms one king size with hardly any light the other was a twin which I took. The bathroom bidet was covered with hair and the aircon was peeling off from ceiling . The walls had marks and bathroom was stained. The manager wouldn’t give me refund for choosing smaller room despite nothing working.. the manager charged €20 fee for early check in and then I asked her for iron she said she will get it 3 hours later I still didn’t get it. I then asked for a map of city she said she hasn’t got any yet but will give me one later which she didn’t. Worst first impression of a new country I’ve ever had and worst customer experience.

"I spend 1 night. I have dinner on the 5th floor outside terrasse with view on the sunset. There is a parking for car, the room is clean with wifi and AC. I have a balcony with a view on the sea. I come early 13h00 and the staff was able to give a room. Thanks you very much"

8,6/10 Excel·lent! (19 opinions)
"The staff were excellent and the bed and shower were great. I had a minor issue with the room kettle that was sorted asap and the night receptionist was brilliant when we had to leave suddenly in the middle of the night due to a medical emergency back in the UK. The rooftop pool and bar were good ..."
