"The residence is hard to find, they need to put better instructions on the check in details. Signs at the college are hard to read especially at night
Rooms were what I expected, howver the cleaners need to be supervised a little better. Counters and touch points are not being cleaned. Rings and dirt on the bedside tables. I used Lysol wipes to wipe everything down when checking in...I do this with all my hotel rooms I stay at. This one I have to say was the dirties for when I cleaned the...

"Unassuming property with plenty of free parking. Wonderful staff that greet you and get you into your room quickly. The room is very tidy bathroom was filled with big fluff towels. The beds were very comfortable. The morning complementary breakfast was perfect. I would highly recommend to my fellow travelers."

"This place was excellent for the price ! Fairly newly renovated , staff was friendly and breakfast was a great spread including eggs ,sausages , hashbrowns and waffles. Bed was comfy , i had an grest sleep!! Also super bonus that directly behind the building and across a divide of grass there is a Tim Hortons ,wendys,sushi place,Mexican restaurant and another restaurant!! Super convenient"

"The room was clean and lots of parking available. We had some noisy neighbours in the room next to us, it was also an adjoining room so not sure if the sound travels more in those rooms, this was no fault of the hotel.
The breakfast was not good, in our opinion and we found the eggs and sausages were really overcooked."

"Woman at the front desk was nice, gave me extra towels when I asked. However, we only had two towels in the room when I booked with my family, sooooo net zero I guess.
One set of bed sheets had what appeared to be processed cheese caked on (like they weren’t washed properly and then dried). Other bed sheets were stained purple (paint we hope?)
Showerhead sprayed everywhere and soaked the bathroom floor that we had to clean. Nor was there body wash in the bathroom.
One of the cheapest toilet...

The only issue was the neighbours, who apparently needed to have a screaming match at all hours of the night. Couldn't have been controlled by the hotel staff, so not their fault. Luckily, I had earplugs, so it wasn't much of an issue."

"First time staying here. We stayed in one of the cottaged and it felt just as a cottage should. Had a fire which saga provied the wood. Plus we had a bbq which also was provided with with propane. It was a excellent stay we will be back."
