"The cabin was great! The kids loved the bathtub with jets. It was perfectly located between our Johnston Shut ins and Elephant Rock adventures. The lake was not as accessible for swimming due to natural moss build up but we were able to go fishing. We will definitely return! "

"Great central location for exploring the state parks and landmarks around. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The kids loved having some yard to run around in as well. "

"The was my second stay at this cabin, and it was amazing both times. The host was very responsive to any questions we had and we had no issues whatsoever during our stay. Highly recommend this cabin if you want privacy and to be about as close as possible to the river."

"overall we had a great stay. everything was as expected. Justin was great to communicate with. The mattress on the murphy pull out bed on the wall was pretty stained so we did not feel comfortable using it. We brought a blow up air mattress so that saved us. They did have a blow up mattress there but it wouldn't hold air. we would go back if we planed another float trip to the black river. "

"No tent. No contact response from owners after multiple calls and texts. Nothing was set up. There was no tent it was a scam. Looking for my money back. Do not make the same mistake. My wife and daughter were not happy thus I was furious. Still looking for this loser for refund. "

"Beautiful Victorian, very well maintained, comfy, with tons of room. This house has it all. Hosts are very accommodating, friendly and attentive. Neighborhood has tons of history and you can’t beat the beautiful Arcadia Valley to destress and relax. "

"The Charlotte was the perfect place to stay! I can not say enough about how relaxing our trip was, being able to stay here. It was so peaceful and clean and had everything you would need! The cabin was beautifully decorated, and the added touches made it feel cozy. . The view is beautiful. Daniel responded quickly, and available if there were questions. We were close to Johnson shut-ins, elephant rocks and many other places to explore. Coming back and relaxing in the outdoor area was just what...
