ROSE Holidays offers this apartment on the 2nd floor of a secure residence (without a lift), ideally located in the heart of the city centre of Les Sables-d'Olonne.



Accommodation that can accommodate up to 4 people.



At the foot of the large beach of Sables-d'Olonne, its cycle path, its beach huts and close to all amenities, you will be able to do everything on foot (pedestrian streets, restaurants, Halles market...).

This apartment will allow you to spend pleasant holidays!

The accommodation will be ready for you upon your arrival: end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen and towels included for a completely relaxed arrival.



🧽 Exit Instructions – Mandatory

The included housekeeping corresponds to a standard service. To guarantee consistent quality:

• Wash and put away dishes

• Empty the refrigerator

• Take out the rubbish

• Gather used laundry

👉 In case of non-compliance or deep cleaning required, a supplement will be applied.
