Eventually a man opened the door but he wasn't the host but he did build the hotel. He finally whatsapped the host to find out which room was ours, but again we were given no code. The ring camera at the door didnt work either. Had he not opened the door by mere chance we never would have been able to get in and we would...

Expedia also tried to contact the owner using the same information and was unsuccessful. Neither they nor we were able to get any response at all.

"Arrived at ny 12 noon check in per my registration with a couple of bags of perishable items to cook over the stay. Once I arrived I was told that they do not do check in until 3 PM. I was told that they would expedite the room cleaning and inform me soon on the check in. I returned in 45 minuted and there was another associate there that stated that...
