"Sehr schönes, gemütliches und gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus im Ortskern von Ryes. Schöner, abgeschlossener und ruhiger Garten. Komplett ausgestattete moderne Küche. Von hier aus haben wir alle interessanten Lokations rund um den D-Day sehr gut erreicht. Arromanches und Bayeux sind von hier aus auch prima mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar, hier gibt es Museen, Supermärkte und Restaurants.Unser Vermieter war nicht vor Ort, aber online sofort erreichbar und sehr bemüht.Vielen Dank, wir hatten einen tollen...

"We had such wonderful stay here- there where 5of us and everyone had something that suited them. On arrival the host was extremely pleasant and whilst there was a language barrier we all managed to understand each other and she has leaflets to help. "Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison fonctionnelle et agréable à vivre.On s'y sent bien tout de suite Cuisine avec tous les ustensiles nécessaires et même plus! Petit bémol : isolation légère des murs intérieurs.Accès à la wi-fi au top. "My son and I stayed at the beautiful Tracy sur Mer in Bayeux France recently. It's illustration as a charming little gite describes it perfectly. The cottage was so cute and cozy. It offered two bedrooms which was perfect for us. The property was lush and well kept with a lovely little garden in the back to relax after a full day. Our host Christine was absolutely amazing. "Fantastic position, right on the harbour, with shops (bakery, fish market, small supermarket) and good restaurants all within easy walking distance. Parking was easy right outside, but we did use the garage. Further afield there was lots to see. Bayeux is close by, while we visited Arromanches-les-Bains and Pegasus Bridge, plus the German battery at Longues-sur-Mer. This was not a planned ‘D-day’ visit but it really gripped (and moved) me. "
