  • * 150 metres from the nearest ski lift, and 100 metres from the nearest piste.

    * Central to the village, but in a quiet area.

    *The large terrace is ideal for small children in summer. There is a connected balcony, with a gate from the terrace.

    * The apartment has been independently audited for child safety, and a full range of baby and toddler equipment is provided.

    * Easy access to all Chamonix valley ski areas, Megeve, St. Gervais, Les Contamines, Flaine, Courmayeur, Aosta Valley, etc.

    * The apartment is finished to a very high standard and comprehensively equipped.

    * Sleeps up to 8 in bedrooms (one double, one twin/double, one room with twin bunk, single, and pullout single). We recommend a maximum of 9, but can take up to 11. The lounge has a convertible double sofa/bed, and a second sofa is a full size single.

    * Bed linen and towels included in price. Cleaning and maintenance by English-speaking local agents.

    * There is a secure, allocated, underground parking space for one car, with space on the driveway and a good public car park 2 minutes away.

    * There are good local bars and restaurants within 200 metres. Go to the Kitsch Inn and ask for Digby! Small supermarket and tourist office is an easy ten minute walk. Chamonix town has a vast range of facilities and is 5km away. There is a free bus and plentiful chap parking.

    * Long term/seasonal rentals are welcome

Beautiful apartment in Les Houches

We had a great time in this spacious and well-appointed apartment. It is well equipped for any cooking you want to do, and has a great balcony to enjoy the beautiful view. We would stay there again!

Content du séjour mais plusieurs choses à revoir

Le logement est propre et agréable.il est situé à côté du téléphérique et des arrêts de bus donc idéal pour les skieurs. La vue depuis le salon est magnifique et la terrasse est un vrai plus. il y a un casier à ski et un parking souterrain très appréciable.la Propriétaire est facilement joignable et elle répond vite.Par contre nous aurions aimé qu'un inventaire soit fait. Avec ces petits changements la location peut être plus confortable

Summer at Les Houches

Had a great time staying at Keith's apa rtment. Perfect location as it is only few miles to Chamonix and lots of great destinations within an hour. The view from the terrace is stunning surrounded by mountains. The apartment is clean, well equipped and spacious enough for 2 families. Owner responds to my questions, understanding, patient with us and helpful in providing all the information I need. Highly recommended holiday accommodation.

Stayed here for a week a family of 4 and a family of 5 basic apartment but just perfect for the two family's owner was quick to responded any questions leading up to trip . Would defiantly recommend this apartment

parfait !

Appartement propre, bien équipé et bien situé - tous les ingrédients pour de superbes vacances ! Nous étions 4 adultes et 2 enfants , nous avions de la place, l’appartement est bien agencé. Petit plus : très belle vue sur les montagnes !!

Bright, spacious apartment in convenient location

Staying as a family, we found the apartment very child friendly with plenty of indoor and outdoor space. Good value and conveniently within walking distance of shops, bus stops and lifts. The nearby bakery is excellent. Although the onsite ski locker is a generous size, it struggled to accommodate skis/sticks/boots for 6 of us, so another time we would check out ski hire shops with lockers.

Appartement fonctionnel et agréable!

Nous avons passé 4 jours en Janvier dans l'appartement de Keith. Tout était prêt à notre arrivée, exactement comme prévu. Pas de mauvaise surprise, au contraire nous avons trouvé un appartement très agréable et parfaitement équipé ! La vue est très chouette également ! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, merci ! Juste un petit avertissement : si vous n'avez pas chaînes ou de pneus neige, il sera difficile de rejoindre le parking privé en cas de neige. Pour nous part, nous avons laissé la voiture au parking du téléphérique à 150m. Aucun souci !

Heel mooi appartement

Mooi schoon appartement met alles erin wat je nodig hebt. Rustig gelegen aan de rand van het dorp met een magnifiek uitzicht op de Mont Blanc. De cabine liften op loopafstand. Winkels dichtbij. We hebben genoten van de 2 weken dat we hier zijn geweest. Het is een echte aanrader.

Best location in Les Houches, briliant view of Mont Blanc from the largest balcony!!

Host was quick to provide all information required. The flat is situated in a quiet residential area and is perfectly suited for families with young children. Location is short walking distance to local supermarket, bus station and a couple of excellent restaurants. We will be back! Many thanks!

Séjour au top en famille

Au calme dans une résidence proche du centre ville et à 10min de Chamonix. Appartement spacieux, nous étions 5 adultes et 5 enfants (6,5,3,et 2 de 2ans) idéal pour des enfants en bas âge (tout est prévu pour eux : lits sécurisé, lit parapluie à disposition, vaisselle adapté, chaise haute) plutôt confortable quand on a pas tout a apporter de chez soi.. Grande terrasse sécurisée avec vue magnifique sur la chaîne du mont blanc. Propriétaire très réactif aux messages et pleins d'attention pour que notre séjour se passe bien. Nous recommandons cet appartement et nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Excellent

Just left after 6 days staying in the apartment in les Houches. Great appartmet and really well equipped, spacious, beautiful views and only 2 minute walk to the nearest ski lift or bus stop. Really enjoyed skiing in the local area with the family, also took the excellent bus service to brevant and skied there too. Chamonix lovely to go out in evening and for shopping. Particularly enjoyed the kitsch inn in les Houches, great atmosphere there. We have had a great time and would totally recommend this accomodation.

Great location with mountain view

Great location with beautiful view of Mont Blanc range from porch. Appartment is quite spacious and well equipped. Owner was very responsive to resolve an issue we had during our stay, so overall a great experience. Loved the quiet litte town of Les Heuches, only 10 minutes by car or bus from town of Chamonix.

Spacious Apartment in excellent position in Les Houches

As a group of 5 blokes, it can always be a bit hit and miss to get a good sized apartment to sleep everybody comfortably (especially in France). This year we stayed in Keith's apartment in Les Houches instead of going to Chamonix Centre and ended up with suitably spacious accommodation. It is clean and comfortable with all the amenities you need, we even managed to spend a few nights eating in instead of visiting restaurants every night. It's positioned close to the Bellevue cable car offering excellent access to the tree lined slopes of Les Houches. We also liked the garaged parking as this meant there was no need to scrape ice off the windscreen first thing in the mornings. I wouldn't hesitate to use this apartment again.

Muy buena, el propietario un 10

Ha sido un viaje impresionante, pasear por Chamonx, visitar Ginebra y los pueblos alrededor del lago Lemans y como no la subida a Aguille du Midi con sus 3842 metros y 10° negativos y las impesionantes vistas del Mont Blanc delante de tus ojos y el Cervino un poco mas lejos. IMPRESIONANTE

Best apartment with the best view!

Best apartment with the best view! Just few min from Chamonix, one hour from Anssey lack. We and our 3 children (14, 12, 12) have really fun there >> rope parks, cable lifts, mountain trains, beautiful nature nearby. Apartment itself is a modern wooden apartment very comfortable and … sitting in the terrace and looking on the Mont Blanc and Agile amide every day from morning to 10 pm (late sun set on the mountains) just beautiful. I'm recommending this apartment strongly. We will return.
