Positioned on the first floor with elevator access, it features a balcony with stunning mountain views. The apartment benefits from underfloor heating in all rooms and has been tastefully renovated to a high standard. It can comfortably accommodate up to eight people.



The layout includes a bedroom with a double bed and foldaway bunk beds, a hallway with cupboards, a separate toilet, and a bathroom. The living room features a super king-size bed, additional foldaway bunk beds, and a coffee table that can be converted into a dining table for up to eight guests.



The apartment has a fully equipped, custom-fitted kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, oven, microwave, large fridge/freezer, electric hob, TV, and sound bar.



A private ski locker is located by the entrance, and a separate cellar opposite the apartment front door on the first floor provides extra storage for sports gear or luggage.



Please note that linen and towels are not provided as standard but are available through the concierge for an extra fee, payable locally upon arrival. This allows guests the flexibility to bring their own if they prefer, rather than increasing the base cost for all guests.
