"Great hotel with a very friendly staff"

"The staff at check in wasn't too friendly, I handed over my id and instead of just handing it back it was placed on the counter once they were done so I had to reach over and pick it up. Nothing was said like here you go or I'm finished with that etc. I thought to myself that was odd but okay then same thing with my room key, said room #, then went into asking about how many were staying, breakfast etc. I get it some people dont want to touch things or whatever the reason but you can wear gloves...

"Stay was great!"

"Nice"

"clean, friendly staff, very comfy bed"

"The hotel need renovation. New rugs, new bathtubs, hotter water the water back up in the tub when you take showers the tub is old. It looks dirty."

"They are pet friendly and staff was great, my room was clean and the breakfast bar is good with plenty of options"

"Clean hotel"

"Excellent stay did have a older lady that worked front desk was hateful and didn't seem to want to help us when our key cards didn't work but everyone else was exceptionally friendly and very helpful"

"Air conditioner was noisy, but worked!"

"If I am ever doing something between Louisville and Lexington, I will be visiting Regina. This house was well-designed as a true BNB with excellent access/security, thoughtful decor, and an extremely welcoming atmosphere. The reviews praising the breakfast are true - but don't just go for the biscuits and gravy, go for the full experience."

"Everything was first rate with the exception of the "restaurant" in the lobby. Save $13 bucks; I've had better freebie breakfasts at crummy interstate motels. For the price, breakfast should have been included. Despite the food thing, we enjoyed our stay, so much so that we elected to stay there again on the return leg of our journey. The rooms were spacious and exceptionally clean, comfortable bedding and beds, fluffy and abundant towels, friendly staff."

"Safe area for us and our vehicle. Parking area safe, clean rooms, and good breakfast"
