"The carpet was very stained and worn. The tv lost the satellite connection. The front desk had no ability to print statements upon checkout. The pool was out of service until further notice."

"After arriving late at night and going to sleep, I woke up and realized the bed I was sleeping in was filthy. The shower did not work and the bathroom vanity was unfinished. I packed my things back up and checked out being told I would be refunded. No response when I reached out twice in the Expedia app. I called the hotel and was again told I would be refunded. This was 3 weeks ago and no refund. This place is just awful."

"We enjoyed our stay. Peaceful. We didn't hear any other guests and thought we were the only ones there until we saw a couple in the central area. Little extras were nice (candy, snacks, water, coffee). Did not see any staff after our initial check-in but they were very helpful when we arrived."
