Ferienhaus für große Familien mit Strand und Stadt

Wir alle haben uns in diesem Haus sehr gut entspannen können. Die Unterkunft und das Grundstück sind liebevoll, stil-echt und sinnvoll angelegt. So gibt es sonnige als auch schattige Plätzchen. Man ist sehr schnell in einer idyllischen Badebucht, aber auch zu Fuss in der Stadt.

Séjour agréable

Maison de caractère qui devait être très jolie. Elle demande aujourd'hui une rénovation en particulier à l'étage (salle de bain ++) et les fauteuils du salon. L'ensemble de la maison n'était pas très propre en particulier les douches et les portes. Nous avons quand même passé un bon séjour. Les pièces sont spacieuses, la terrasse où nous avons diné tous les jours est top et la vue est magnifique. Le jardin arboré est agréable L'accès à la plage est pratique, attention il faut être en forme pour aller se baigner environ 200 marches à descendre mais surtout à remonter ! L'accès à la mer se fait par une échelle fixée sur des rochers, il n'y a pas de plage.

Charmantes Haus an guter Lage

charmantes, geräumiges Haus mit sehr schöner Aussicht. Privatzugang zum Meer ist über Treppen zu erreichen. Bei unruhigen Meer ist der Sprung ins Wasser jedoch zu riskant. Die Zimmer sind großzügig und mit guten Matratzen und Gesundheitskissen bestückt! Den Hauptplatz in Lerici erreicht man in 10 min über Treppenweg durch die Häuser. Das Dorf hat trotz Tourismus eine gewisse Authentizität bewahrt. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Bestens zu empfehlen.

Eine Woche Erholung in Lerici

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in Lerici. Bis auf die Sauberkeit war alles bestens. Die Dachterrasse, Garten und der private Bereich am Meer sind wirklich ein Traum. Der Ortskern ist zu Fuß in ca. 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Achtung: für Familien mit kleinen Kindern eher schwierig. Der Zugang zum Meer ist über einige Treppen zu begehen, sowie der Ortskern ist über Treppen zu erreichen.

Romantische Villa mit Meerblick

Wir waren zu sechst (vier Erwachsene und zwei Kinder) in der Villa Shakti und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Das Haus hat eine traumhafte Lage am Hang mit Blick auf die Bucht. Es ist gut geschnitten, die Zimmeraufteilung ist durchdacht. Zwei Doppelschlafzimmer (eins mit angeschlossenem Einzelschlafzimmer) und zwei Bäder befinden sich unten, zwei weitere Schlafzimmer und ein Bad sind im oberen Stockwerk. Die Einrichtung ist antik und teils etwas shabby-chic. Einzelne Stücke könnte man in Anbetracht des Mietpreises mal austauschen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Das Haus verfügt über zwei Gärten (einen mit Treppen vorne am Hang, einen seitlich am Haus gelegen mit Hängematte und Esstisch) und eine riesige Terrasse im oberen Stockwerk. Alles ist über romantische Wege und viele Steintreppen miteinander verbunden. Es wachsen Olivenbäume, Hibiscus, Salbei, Rosmarin und mehr. Mieter sollten unbedingt gut zu Fuß sein, denn sie müssen jeden Tag viele steile Treppen steigen. Nicht nur die 20m vom Parkplatz zum Haus hinauf, sondern auch zum Ort hinunter. Der Abstieg nach Lerici dauert etwa 15 Minuten. Man läuft ein Stück Straße und dann durch viele Treppen und romantische Gassen hindurch und kommt direkt am Hauptplatz von Lerici heraus. Es gibt in der Privatstraße, in der die Villa Shakti liegt, hinter einer Tür auch einen direkten Abstieg zum Meer. Er ist allerdings sehr steil und führt nicht zu einem Strand, sondern zu großen Felsen, von denen zwei Metalltreppen ins Meer führen. Diese Stelle ist nicht zum Baden mit Kindern geeignet. Es gibt in Lerici aber einen schönen kostenlosen Strand unweit der Hauptpromenade. Unsere Kinder (zwei und sechs Jahre alt) hatten viel Spaß im Garten, sie haben viel mit den Wasserschläuchen gespielt. Ballspielen und Rennen geht aus Platzgründen eher nicht. Aber sie sind mit Begeisterung die vielen Treppen rauf und runter gelaufen und immer ums Haus herum. Für Krabbelkinder und Laufanfänger könnten die Treppen etwas zu gefährlich sein, unsere Zweijährige konnte sie aber gut bewältigen. Auf den Parkplatz passt übrigens nur ein Auto, der Fahrer sollte geübt sein und rückwärts am Hang parken können. Ein Tipp vom uns: Im Ortsteil Venere Azzurra befindet sich direkt am Strand-Parkplatz die Bar Travalà. Hier kann man wunderbar mit Meerblick auf der Terrasse sitzen, es gibt leckeres lokales Essen zu fairen Preisen (Muscheln und anderes Meeresgetier, Pasta...) in lockerer Atmosphäre mit netter Bedienung.

Ein Haus mit Flair, eine wunderschöne Aussicht und ein paar Mängel

Die Villa Shakti liegt wunderschön und nah am Meer. Im Haus selbst spürt man den "Charme vergangener Zeiten"... schön, wenn man nicht das perfekt Gestylte sucht. Als sehr unangenehm habe ich den Baukran (direkt vor der Terasse), sowie den täglichen Baulärm erlebt (diese Information im Vorfeld wäre aus meiner Sicht korrekt gewesen). Auch sollte man "beim eigenen Zugang zum Meer" darauf hinweisen dass dazu ein Ab - respektive ein Aufstieg von gut 180 recht rustikalen Stufen zu bewältigen ist, zumal es Menschen gibt die an diesem Zugang, aufgrund ihrer körperlichen Befindlichkeit, scheitern würden. Mein Resümee ist: Die Villa Shakti hat Charme und liegt an einem bezaubernden Ort, aber ein bißchen Sanierung im Inneren (kaum schließende Fenster und Türen) würde diesem schönen Haus guttun und ein paar wichtige Informationen mehr (Baustelle, Meerzugang, kaum für kleine Kinder geeignet) wären aus meiner Sicht indiziert gewesen.

perfect in every way

We were so delighted with our villa. It felt like home. The walk into town requires some stair climbing abilities but we welcomed that after boatloads of wine and pasta. The kitchen is well equipped and after the first week the stairs into town don't even register. The view was magnificent and we woke up every morning singing O Sole Mio. There are secret paths everywhere and if you are adventurous, you will find a shortcut into town and a trail that takes you to a beautiful beach in a hidden cove. (Ask the locals how to get there-it requires some fence hopping) Lerici is tricky to get in and out of but it's a short boat ride to Cinque Terre and it doesn't get the tourist gridlock like the Cinque Terre towns. After a few days, you are on a first name basis with the baker, the Pasta maker and the owner of the Enoteca. Try and find the Pasta shop tucked into an alley. They have all manner of fresh pasta and the cheese-stuffed gnocchi were a revelation. We took full advantage of all the fresh herbs growing around the villa - oregano, rosemary, sage, thyme...A few lemons on the lemon tree. All we think about is returning. Oh! and do try a Pimms at Bar Corona. They are unique and addictive.
