"The stay was great! The Konza Prairie Hike was beautiful! Love Mankato! Plenty of good restaurants close by. The home was nice, just as advertised. I would say that the only negative was that I wrote a nice “Thank You” note for the owners, which never garnered even the slightest acknowledgment. We listed a couple of small items that needed repair (certainly did not detract from the stay) - no reply. Other than that, a terrific stay! I’d rate the overall experience 4/5."

"Great spot just down the street from the boat dock. House was clean and worked well for 8 of us. Not sure you could sleep 12 unless you brought air mattresses. Breaker kept blowing in the kitchen, but easy access to flip it back on. Host was wonderful, provided great communication and very flexible. Would Recommend for a fun lake weekend!"

"The owner bent over backwards for our every request and inquiry. The house was beautiful inside and out. There was every small appliance and utensil you could ask for. The bedrooms were perfect for a large family. Very close to a great beach. The outdoor shower was a big hit. "

"We loved our stay at Kathy‘s Manhattan, property. The home is spacious and very accommodating for four adults. The beds were very comfortable and the house was clean. We would definitely love to stay there on our next trip to Manhattan,. We enjoyed watching the wild turkeys in the backyard."
