"Upon entering the room, I was immediately struck by a disappointing lack of cleanliness. The overall atmosphere made it clear that the space had not been properly cleaned before my arrival. The sheets were visibly dirty, failing to meet even basic hygiene standards. The bathroom was also in poor condition, appearing as though it had not been cleaned at all. "No owner support, dirty room, no blankets or bed cover, no pillow cases, no towels, filthy bathroom sink, WiFi did not work, no internet. We will never stay in this unit again. When we contacted the unit owner she texted and said she could not talk to us because she was in a meeting. Horrible experience."
