The property is 6 miles from the town of Leominster and 8 miles from the city of Hereford. There are numerous good local country pubs and restaurants within 8 miles.
Local attractions are plentiful and include the Black and White Village Trail, the local ruins of a motte-and-bailey castle, the historic National Trust Berrington Hall, Croft Castle and Brockhampton Estate.
