"It was a pleasure to stay. Excellent afternoon and morning staff. Cheers for Kyle and Cassie. Friendly and professional. We had an early flight so we spent the night at the BW. I’ve never been disappointed with this chain anywhere in the world. Convenient eating places you can walk to. 24 hour Seattle coffee choices. There is a clean workout room. All around great stay!"

"The parking lot wasn’t well cleared of snow and ice.The fitness center is a joke. The treadmill was broken and the recumbent bike was so unstable I thought I would fall over. No complimentary breakfast. The towels were so thin and small, I thought the bath towel was a hand towel. If you’re bigger than a size 6 it might not wrap around you. Staff was friendly and the restaurant is decent. You will find the same foul mouthed regulars drinking at the bar nightly though. "

"Shower gel and shampoo dispensers were empty, ice machine didn’t work, fitness room was shut down, pool was over flowing. Then to keep my same room for second night I had To give up some of what I had paid for a bigger room. "

"Door moves very slow then slams right off making a bad, noisy sound. Even next door has the same problem. One wall lamp is not working making too dim for the room. Good thing the tv gives light to brighten a little bit. Overall, its a good stay. Will definitely come back."

"A nice stay overall. The breakfast said that it was top rated, but I would disagree. Breads were dry, eggs and thin sandwich meat ham were also dry. Definitely shouldn't be rated a top breakfast. Pillows are also weird, but beds were comfortable. All in all was a pretty good stay."

"I wasn’t able to stay in the room because they demanded a $200 deposit on top of the nightly rate which I didn’t have. They told me it’s too late to cancel so I was turned away. "

"Had a late night flight. This is a fantastic business class hotel a hop skip and a jump from the airport. Pretty area, BMW dealership across the street, great staff and very nice rooms."
