"They were able to switch my room because of the lacrosse teams were staying on the first floor and I could tell the adjoining door was not sound proof. The lounge area is cozy. Complimentary coffee and muffins were good and the room was clean.

"I normally don't post reviews but decided to post one on this occasion because I felt that some of the negative reviews were deceiving. I stayed on the 2nd floor of the 4 story part of the Hotel. Nice room that was well equipped and clean. Friendly staff. The pool and exercise room were a little small but a nice bonus and welcomed addition. The ice machine on our floor was out of order, but there was one that was functioning on the first floor. The biggest surprise was the breakfast. Great...

"The room was clean and it also had a kitchen. It was great value for our money. There were also two beds. Please just include forks and spoons next time as well, in case some of the guests need cutlery.
