Nice place and awesome access to the lake by the Lemoyne boat ramp. Fun outside bar. Only wish it had wifi but was great otherwise.

Lovely property in Lemoyne, Nebraska with a cozy "I'm at the lake feel" with all the decor. Amenities were all good and the house was perfect for our group.

We had always wanted to see Lake McConaughy and the house we rented proved to be a fantastic spot to relax when we weren’t on the water. We brought our 3 young kids, and were joined by my parents and younger sister. The house fit us all comfortably. With the arrangement of bedrooms and bathrooms between upstairs and downstairs, it was like having two apartments, everyone had their own private space. It was very kid-friendly, and well stocked for cooking out and having dinner on the deck. The house is in a really good location, too. Just a few minutes’ drive down the road to one beach (we first tried walking — not recommended with kids in tow, there’s no shoulder on the road, so boat-towing trucks zip right by you), and less than 10 minutes to the quiet and sandy Beach 11. We certainly would like to come back, stay at this house again, and explore more of Lake Mac!

We loved staying here so much that we want to plan a yearly trip to Lake Mak. Thank you so much for having us. They are remarkable hosts. We will definitely see if it’s available again next year for our stay.

Truly enjoyed our stay at this lake property! Comfy home, very clean and had all the things we needed to cook, grill, and hang out and enjoy family time! The pics are exactly what you get!! We will be back!

We have stayed in several VRBO properties in this area. It's important to note, we have moved every time because of inadequate accommodations. Not any more!! What a great place. Clean, plenty of room. If you like to cook, this is the place to stay. They had all the details covered. The only hesitation I have is; I hope this is available when I want to come next time.

The new ordinance regarding parking went into effect just before our arrival, limiting the number of vehicles to 2. This property easily sleep 10+ and has room for room off street for 5 vehicles. The ordinance was not put into effect by the property owner so should not reflect negativily on the property or owner. The owners made arrangements with their neighbors to accomodate additional vehicles which was a plus. Our trip was walleye fishing focused so the lack of state owned fish cleaning stations being open and owners rule of no cleaning on premise posed an inconvenience to cleaning our fish. The owners did tell us of a local bait shop/cabins where we could clean fish, however, it was posted that only the cabin renters or customers of the bait shop could use the station. The bait shop was not open to ask permission nor offer to pay to use the station. The house was more than we anticipated, it was spacious, clean, decorated tastefully for a lake house. It was outfitted with all the items for cooking, dining, sleeping and simply a wonderful set up. The owners were available readily for texts, phone calls or emails with our questions prior to and during our stay. Owners were very accommodating and easy to converse with. We give this property a 5 star rating and highly recommend it.
