"After you book on Expedia, this property will hold an additional $100.00 "deposit". I got in at midnight and they spring that fee on me. I paid it but they said they didn't receive the payment "on our end" even though it had come out of my account under BEST WESTERN in my banking app. So they made me pay the $100. 00 fee AGAIN or they said I would have to find somewhere else to stay. Scary and disgusting If I knew I would be shelling out over 300.00 I wouldn't have been staying at this wet dog...

"Hotel staff was pleasant. I booked the jacuzzi tub suite. The tub is just a normal size if not even shorter than normal but extra deep with jacuzzi jets. It only fits one person and you can’t lay in it. Not worth the extra money. There is a train that runs at night from about 3 to 4 AM and honks a horn the entire time. And overall, I would say the rooms don’t have any soundproofing. I was on the second floor and I could hear people loudly all night long.

"The room was not super clean. The floor did not look like it had been vacuumed. The bathroom floor was nasty dirty, and the shower was gross with not great water pressure. I'm not even sure that there was an elevator as all we could find was a stairwell. The continental breakfast was very limited in options with no water available. Two other rooms close had their tv on all night into the morning and we could here everything. So the room was not very sound proof. "

"The outside grounds were covered in garbage and needle caps. When we checked in at 6pm, the man who checked us in was rude and i dint appreciate him in anyway. Our toilet was loose and not connected to the floor, our door was also covered in something sticky. Not the experience we ar3 use to at an Oxford property."

"Our stay was deeply disappointing and far below expectations.
From the moment we arrived, the hotel had an unpleasant odor that lingered throughout our time there. The front desk staff was unwelcoming and unfriendly — not even a simple smile or a warm greeting. For a hospitality business, the lack of basic customer service was truly disheartening.
The elevator was old and in poor condition, which added to the overall rundown feel of the property. The entire place looked like an abandoned...

"I stayed at this hotel for 2 days and had a good stay. The room was older, and okay, and mostly clean. The shower could use a good deep cleaning in the corners, but other than that no complaints. The hotel staff at all levels was the best I have seen in many years. Every staff member was professional and genuinely happy and helpful. It was very nice to see a welcoming greeting when I arrived and during my stay. A+ for all of the staff. Don't let any of them go. "
