Grimmaische Straße is located right in the heart of the Old Town: It’s a two-minute walk to the market and ten minutes to the main train station. If you visit during Advent, the Christmas market is practically on your doorstep—and in the evenings, you’ll have your own rooftop terrace above the hustle and bustle.





There’s room for seven: two bedrooms with double beds, one single bed, and a fold-out sofa that’s 1.80 meters wide with a proper mattress—not just a makeshift bed. Plus, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with access to the terrace, and a living area where you can also work.





For groups, families, and anyone who doesn’t want to squeeze six people into three hotel rooms: For seven people, the nightly rate works out to less than the price of a double room per person.





We’ll hand over the keys to you in person when you arrive. Just let us know in advance when you’ll be arriving.
