"It was nice to have contact-free check in. However not everything was straightforward or as described. The code for the garage only worked getting in from the street, could not access garage once in building and had to go back to street to get to the car. Had to message for code to laundry room and once there no detergent in machines, slow response and did not get laundry done that stay. The apartment itself was perfect, clean and the right features for a short stay."

"Stayed for a week with a family of 5. Apartment was clear, nicely furnished and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable week in Berlin. Transport links to the centre were exceptional, 1 stop to Hauptbanhof. Convenient location for shops and some local restaurants. It’s a very urban place, but to be honest, if you don’t like that, why are you in Berlin - we didn’t feel unsafe or uncomfortable. Staff were so friendly and welcoming, lots of knowledge about the area and couldn’t do...

"I was in town for the Berlin Marathon. This is the third time that I have stayed at this location. The location is so convenient. From the airport it is a train to Berlin Hauptbahnhof then a transfer to any of S3, S5, S7, or S9 lines and 3 stops later you are at Zoologischer station. From there it is one block to the Smartments. There is grocery store right in Zoologischer station. The apartment has a really nice kitchen with full supplies. "This property was fantastic. The communication we received before, during and after our stay was great. So much thought went into everything, complementary drinks when we arrived, and thank you gift on leaving. The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean and had everything you could need. We are a family of 6 (4 children) and they have already asked if we can stay at Bensimon if we ever visit Berlin again! Can’t recommend it highly enough, thank you!"

"The bathroom shower and basin were a bit clogged, so the water was draining very slowly. The blanket (not the cover) was clean but had large yellow stains. I don’t know how old they must have been to become so deeply ingrained and impossible to remove. The walls were also a bit dirty, as if they hadn’t been painted in a very long time. Apart from that, the stay was comfortable. The staff were kind, and the location is convenient, close to public transportation and some of Berlin’s main...
