"The owner needs to visit the property and give it an overall cleaning and update. It seems this is being rented out while being renovated. There was mail in the box and a package on the steps that gave the impression the property had not been visited in a bit. "The private garden area was very much appreciated. The bed was very comfortable and clean. There was major dust under the bed and we had to pay for parking on the street and at the train station later in the day. We really appreciated the air conditioner on a very hot day. You can't beat the location in the heart of Jim Thorpe. Everything was a quick walk. The tiny bathroom had a slight musty smell but had everything we needed."
