"The property was beautiful, clean, and inviting. The only things I didn’t care for was climbing the stairs, being told that the only rooms available were family rooms, when the hotel was empty, WiFi only working in the conference room, none of the TVs in the rooms worked, the roads to the place are treacherous, and the place was left completely open all day and night, so anyone could enter. Oh and not being allowed to flush your used toilet paper. We had to put them in the trash. The food was...

"Excellent staff "

"The staff and receptionists were very friendly and welcoming to us and made our stay most accommodating. Even at the restaurant the food was good. Initially there was a an issue with the shuttle surface where I couldn't find the driver at the airport but that was resolved and the room I got didn't have a balcony, which was what I requested. Other than that the stay was pleasant."

The duplex room was huge and very comfortable for our family (only two towels though but quickly resolved the morning after we arrived) Buffet in mornings suitably varied but the buffet in the evening was very overpriced for what was offered. "The hotel was quiet, clean and safe. Sam was amazing! We will stay there on our next trip."

"It was overall a comfortable stay with very good services and staff. The shuttle was waiting for us at the airport. We just stayed overnight and left the hotel in the morning. One thing missing was that the breakfast was not included in the price (though we knew it when booking)."

"Beautiful property with modern amenities. It was so convenient having PK pick me up at the airport. Betty was a wonderful host and was very easy to work with. I am recommending this property to my friends. Lovely facility!"

"It is a very pretty place. The room was large, with a fridge. I downgraded it a bit because the carpet by the bed was not very clean, nor was the bathmat. We also had to request a top sheet. The fleece blanket thatvwas on the bed was too heavy, and was also not cery clean. The hotel staff said they don't put on top sheets, but they gave me a fresh one after I told them the fleece blanket was going to be too hot. "I stayed for 3 nights while I visited Accra. The restaurant buffet was excellent and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I was able to easily take an uber to Osu and Old Jamestown and I was also able to set up a driver for the day."
