Villa Phaedra of Inoro villas offers an ideal getaway destination for those looking for privacy and total serenity, enjoying an elegant blend of comfortable living with all modern amenities within an unspoiled natural environment! Our villa benefits from being within walking distance from the picturesque traditional village of Katouna (500m), about 2.5kms away from the fishing village of Lygia and just 6kms from the town of Lefkada which is the entrance to the island.

The villa is 180sq.m. within a c. 1,500 sq.m. plot of land, surrounded by olive trees and lush vegetation. It features 4 delightfully decorated bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms/shower rooms and splits into two levels. The upper level hosts the villa’s main entrance, its living areas, two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms/shower and extra wc. The open plan kitchen is full of light, fully equipped with fitted appliances including 4 ceramic hobs, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, espresso maker, juicer etc. The dining area and the sitting room with a fireplace enjoy plenty of space and some beautiful seaviews. There is a large veranda extending out of the dining and the seating areas with magnificent, panoramic views of sea views and olive groves, while the views reach right across to the mainland mountains.
