Crystal Villa is a newly built property that can host up to 6 people. It offers the comfort and luxury someone needs for a relaxing vacation. In addition, the lovely outdoor areas offer a wonderful view of the natural landscape that surrounds the villa and of the sea.

Crystal Villa is a two floor property with a private pool. In the first floor you will find the comfortable stylish living room along with a fully equipped open kitchen and its dining area. The fully brand new equipped kitchen invites you to cook and create beautiful delicacies for your loved ones.
The big kitchen doors offer an immediate access to the pool, so as to cook and be close to your family and friends. There is also a stone made BBQ that you can use, in the pool area along with sun beds and an outdoor dining table, where you can enjoy your meals.
The living room and kitchen area also offer a wonderful view to the swimming pool and sea.
In the first floor, there is also a bedroom with 2 single beds that can easily be transformed to a king-size double bed from where you can gaze at the sea. The bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with shower.
You can easily access the pool from all the first floor.

On the second floor, you will find 2 bedrooms, each with one queen size bed, an ensuite bathroom and a sea view. The large terrace offers a splendid view and can be accessed from both of the second floor bedrooms. It also has a build small bar area where you can sit and enjoy a refreshment or a drink by gazing at the wonderful landscape the area of Vlicho has to offer.

Vlicho Village and nearby Area

Kindly be advised that the owner of the villa has done all necessary proactive disinfestation, always in line to the environmental laws for the protection of the natural life. However the property is located within the beautiful natural surroundings and contact with insects or small animals (eg stray cats, mice, reptiles, flies, mosquitos, ants etc) cannot always be prevented.

The villa is located within a 5minute walking distance (350 m) from the lovely coastal village of Vlicho. The village is quite traditional located 20km south of Lefkada Town. It lies around a natural bay where fishing boats and private yachts moor during the summer period. Verdant mountains and lush green valleys encircle the beautiful coastal settlement which has become one of the best tourist attractions in Lefkada. At the main street plenty of shops, cafes and fish taverns are found. There are many visitors who choose this destination for summer vacation, especially families or couples who truly enjoy the relaxing and charming atmosphere. The nearest beaches are 1,5km away, beaches of Passas in Perigiali and Desimi beach.
The village is also located 5 minutes away from cosmopolitan Nidri, where you can find anything your heart desires. In Nidri there is a main market with many shops, touristic and not. By the sea you will find many tavernas, restaurants, bars and cafeterias. There are also plenty of activities such as sea sports, diving, puddle boarding and many more you can do; as well as daily cruises to the wonderful "Prince islands" and famous Scorpio!
