Person at front desk required my staff to get cash out of the loby ATM and pay $100 for each room at checkin on top of what was already paid online. They said that my staff would get it back in the morning at checkput. Seams very sketchy since this is the first time i have heard of a hotel doing this. This should have been disclosed upon paying for the room in the first place.
