Escape to Serenity Pointe Cottage located at the end of a quiet peninsula on Weiss Lake! Enjoy 200 ft. of lake front views with no steps to the dock. You'll love the private access to the boat ramp, and wrap around dock that borders the deep water year round. It's perfect for fishing and swimming! Enjoy the lake toys and ping pong table in the outdoor pavilion, or play the Arcade Pacman with 60 additional video game options. The cottage is one level with zero stairs, and has a sidewalk to the large boat dock. Watch breathtaking sunsets from the deck, or explore the lake with our two stand up paddle boards & two kayaks. It's 3 miles from Pirates Bay Water Park and 5 minutes to shopping in Leesburg and Decks & Docks Restaurant.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:

* Non smoking/vaping cottage.

* No pets allowed.

* Absolutely no parties or gatherings of more than 4 people allowed on property. This includes wedding receptions, graduation and birthday parties , cook outs, holiday celebrations, etc.

* No fireworks or fire pits of any kind allowed on property.

* Boat & Jet Ski lifts are not for guest use.

* Not wheelchair accessible.

* The cottage does not have a dishwasher. The bathroom shower is smaller than standard size, as it was built in the 1960's.

* Due to the rural location of the cottage, high speed internet connection can be spotty at times.

* This cottage is on Weiss Lake where a variety of wildlife lives. During your stay, it's possible you could see/hear wildlife like insects, squirrels, geese and cranes.

* We pay for monthly pest prevention inside and outside of the cabin. All possible efforts have been taken by the owners prior to your arrival to make this cottage a safe and fun vacation rental.

The home was perfect!! Very clean and in excellent location with great views from the deck and the dock. Boat ramp is usable year round in deeper water. Also if you need anything (forgot anything) town is a few minutes away. Thank you for hosting!!!

The cottage is very comfortable. You walk through it and exit the back door, and suddenly, you've found paradise. There is a huge deck overlooking Weiss Lake, replete with a large outdoor table and chairs. A walk down a path towards the waterfront opens to a dock that spans about 80% of the property, where I caught 25 small crappie (odd name for a fish you can eat) during our stay. My wife took advantage of the paddleboard and enjoyed swimming.

Amazing views

Loved the place. Clean, well stocked, comfy beds and plenty of room. Owners quick to respond and very accommodating. The shower is listed as small, it is, however both my husband and I are, “Fluffy,” and we have plenty of room. Everything scrupulously clean. Will come back!

It was great. It reminded me of staying at Grandmas house. It was great spot on the lake. The dock was the best and the back porch. We stay outside mostly so we loved the stay.

Great trip

Owners did a great job explaining everything and setting expectations. One of our favorite vacations. Nice clean rustic place with a small shower on a very quiet lake. Not your place if u want to throw a large party.

I can’t say enough about our stay at this charming little cottage! The place was thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need—except the food, of course—which made settling in so easy and comfortable.My husband and I are both avid anglers, so having access to a private fishing dock was a huge bonus. We caught plenty of crappie—enough to enjoy a fresh fish dinner during our stay and still take home enough for a couple more meals!The host was incredibly kind and went out of their way to accommodate a special request from my husband, which we truly appreciated. They also checked in periodically just to make sure we had everything we needed and were enjoying our stay.One unexpected highlight was the arcade system—playing those classic games brought back so many great memories from my teenage years!I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit.— Regina F.

Much-needed relaxing vacation

My wife and I needed a break from work, and our week-long stay at this cottage on Weiss Lake was just what we were looking for. We fished from the dock and floated on our large inflatable. It was such a peaceful week. We really didn’t want to leave, especially after she caught the biggest fish she had ever caught.

Great Cottage

I stayed for three nights in February of 2025 and thoroughly enjoyed the property. It was nice and clean and the king size bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable. The weather was unseasonably so I was able to make use of the patio and dock space. The owners are very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again when I'm in the Leesburg area.

Had a great time!

We really enjoyed our stay! We loved fishing off the dock so well I didn.t even use my boat it just sat in the driveway all weekend! The owners where great and the cleaning lady was so nice plus it was spotless inside 10/10 Would recommend

Charming Cottage

Charming, vintage cottage with tasteful colors and decor welcomed us at check in. We enjoyed the open concept of the main living/dining area and had all we needed to prepare meals and snacks. The cottage was spotless and well appointed. The outdoor living was incredible and offered easy access to the dock for fishing and sunning. We enjoyed our relaxing stay and plan to return soon.

Excellent little cottage, great for a lake side trip

The cottage is great for a small lake side vacation. You can kayak, paddle board or fish right from the property. It’s small but suitable and is well situated. The neighbors are nice as well

Quiet Reserve

Overall was a decent property. Lighting was a little confusing both inside and out. Weather was a factor since we were catching the remnants of the hurricane that devastated many areas of TN, GA, NC and FL. Sun cam out the morning we were leaving.

Great lake view!

The house was very clean. It’s an older home but was clean, colorful, and had everything we needed. Enjoyed docking our pontoon boat on the nice boat dock. Had strings of lights around the deck and dock. Enjoyed the lights and view of the lake. Easy and short distance to the lake.
