"The owner is very very nice. We biked from nyc, and heading to upstate NY. We booked this hotel at the last minute because it's close to empire State trail. The room is quiet and clean. The owner allowed my kids to pick the strawberry, raspberries and tomatoes. Everything tasted so sweet right off the vine. This literally made their day. The hot tub was so nice after whole day of biking. The ice cream that the owner made was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel if you stay in this...

"The town of Woodstock is about 15 minutes away. The view of the Catskills was incredible from the back screened in porch. Nice and clean and well equipped. "

"House is ideal for large groups. In addition to wonderful pool and hot tub there are several large seating areas where everyone can gather. In evening there ‘s an outdoor fireplace with seating for 10…pretty magical! House is at end of a quiet street and has very nice landscaping. Furnishings are chateau-like with many luxurious finishes. Walking trail to Hudson River available. "For the location it is located it is a great place to stay. The rooms were clean and the beds and sheets were great. There is a restaurant on property so need to go far for something to eat. If I am ever in the area again I would definitely stay again. "

"We had a great time staying at the Washburn Cabin! Plenty of amenities and little touches that made it a pleasant stay, but it still felt like we were unplugged and had plenty of privacy."

"Great stay for our bi-annual friends reunion! This place had everything - the lake was well-equipped with kayaks, mini kayaks for the kids, pedal boat, etc. With comfortable sleeping arrangements for everyone, and enough plates bowls cups and a big table to gather around. Grill, seating areas for reading or morning coffees, fire pit, hot tub. And of course the sauna! Everything worked great and was so comfortable for our stay. Great communication from our host - absolutely would recommend!!"

"Fantastic place - amazing location right on main street but it leads out back to a private yard with an amazing view of the mountains. Inside is set up with amazing places to hang out and relax. Fully renovated kitchen. Lots of attention to detail makes this a really lovely location, can't recommend enough."
